Jumping in to say I’ve shared some more details about the pilot program with GenerLink transfer switch in this thread.
Regarding Home Integration System, we continue to provide support and updates to customers with this product. We're also still selling the Home Integration System to customers that have the Ford Charge Station Pro through Sunrun. You can find more information here.

Hello… hi. We’ve been asking for help with HIS for 3.5 years now. Hasn’t worked but a handful of times for the 1 day that someone from sunrun trouble shooted it. Your phone support people just push us off with the line “a software update is coming next month.”
