Ford F-150 Lightning Timeline: Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power lightning-invoic

15 days from experiencing the issue to fix seems pretty good based on reading others experiences. Only critiques is poor communication from the dealer, but that is unfortunately expected, and not having Broncos in their courtesy vehicle fleet. I am interested in buying a Bronco as a secondary car and would have loved to spend the off time from the Lightning getting a feel for the potential buy. Probably would have bought one after the service was done given the opportunity to drive it.

Interesting that both your modules (called arrays on invoice) are stated to be remanufactured. Figured they would start doing that.

And I agree you had a pretty good timeline, much faster than me.

Timeline is pretty close to what mine should be... assuming they get it reassembled and tested today. I drove for a few days with the warning since I could still charge to 66% and had places I needed to be. Did get a Bronco Sport as my loaner... it's ok, but nowhere near the creature comforts I'm used to on my Lariat. No heated steering wheel is a definite bummer now that it's getting cold. lol

agree 100% with the heated steering wheel. Never knew about them until our first EV, and it is now a must have.
And would be great if dealerships had all vehicles available to their loaner fleet. It is good advertising and if the rides and would be some rather good advertising of their products, especially if they are not all bottom tear equipment
