Where did you buy your extended Ford warranty?

Anybody have Granger and does their warranty show up in the Ford pass app?

I have Granger. AFAIK I have never seen a notice that I have the Ford PremiumCare Extended Service Plan in the FordPass app. But it shows up in PTS and the dealer sees it.

All right Granger just took care of me. Brooke was awesome. She’s the one that called me and I talked to. I did everything else online but she confirmed I did it correctly. Did the eight year / 100,000 mile $50 deductible one at $2445+$70=$2,515.00 with the lighting add on. Got to use my $131 in Ford pass points, So $2445+$70=$2,515.00-$131 points cashed out =$2384 out the door and that’s with the indoor outdoor LED all lighting light bars headlights etc package added on.

Tell you what—-these people seem fantastic and I’m very pleased with the experience and they have My Business now and probably down the road.

The price increase is in effect after 1159pm CST on their website so you can go and buy it before then and lock in old pricing before ford ups the cost.

I also just signed up for a Granger plan last week and their confirmation email warned me that I probably won’t be able to see the ESP in the FordPass app nor on the ford.com account site. Which is frustrating Ford issue. So if anyone knows of a way I can see it is active online without having to call somebody that’d be great.

Yes agree. Seems like it would basically just be an easy Ford customer service few keyboard clicks to just press lol. Waiting for my Ford confirmation from yesterday’s purchase still. Granger submits to Ford approximately the next business day.

Apparently some think I'm joking about the name, I'm not, I was working for Ford when it came to life and that was its name, society not system, no idea when they changed it. I was at Ford between 93-04.

i’d love to share my VIN number with somebody in a few days once my warranty is turned into Ford from Granger so they could show me maybe a screen capture of my vehicles PTS screen or wherever on my vehicle the shows my extended warranty is indeed there and the dates of it, if that was somehow possible. Someone like “Jesse-Infotainment” etc. it’s kind of a shame that they quit showing this information in the Ford pass system on the web and in the app for owners for whatever reason that decision was made by Ford. SMH IDK

They had a catalog lol. Some things were purchased with points awarded to techs for extraordinary instances such as finding and reporting an unknown anomalie like a miss print or a better tool or way of doing a job that's more efficient, stingy bastards overpriced everything and handed out points with an eye dropper.

Lombard ford is legit 7 miles up the road from me give or take , I ended up buying from granger because their pricing was better.
