Mine was in the garage for 2 and half months last year while were on vacation. Charge was 50% and at some point it went in to deep sleep. It "started" right up when we got home. I left it on in the garage to charge the 12v battery.

If you have house insurance, it’s a not brainer. If you don’t, that’s your number one concern anyways. 😂

Unfortunately, we've discovered that leaving the truck ON to charge the 12v doesn't work well with the Lightning. If you are not sitting in or driving the truck, the voltage to the 12v drops to maintenance voltage instead of charge voltage. It can take many hours to fully charge the 12v that way.

Charging the HVB for an hour will fully charge the 12v battery. Adding 10% SOC on a 48 amp charger will do the trick since this holds the 12v at charging voltage for about an hour.

Put the maintainer on it and Keep your ford pass app on and open so you can track its location all the time. It would be nice to know as soon as possible if someone steals it. Of course I've got a dozen cameras around the house that would help with that.
