FCSP issue on Ford Pass

I have the charge station pro set up and connected to the Ford Pass app. When I click on connected charge stations and hit “insights“ I only get an error saying “you’ve hit a roadblock”. what am I supposed to use the connected charge station on the Ford Pass app for?
Seems like there’s nothing to see.

What version of Fordpass?
Currently it's up to 4.29.1

If you can see it in settings, what version of firmware is the FCSP ?
Currently it's 2.112.77.2.135:1.18:0.39:0.48

This could be an issue with the FORD CLOUD server,a frequent problem with it going offline and failing to record charging session.

The FCSP might not be talking to your network, try logging into the home router to see if it's listed.

Try unplugging the FCSP from your truck, power off the FCSP at your circuit breaker, then power up and wait 15-30 minutes for communications to reestablish, this is also a monthly ritual for my setup

BTW, you can use the FCSP setup utility to log onto the FCSP directly via your wifi network to check the device software/firmware level see [ABOUT], if you can do this then your device is connected to your network.

One last thing is associating the FCSP to your Fordpass account/truck VIN, follow the prompts from the setup utility which will launch Fordpass to making sure they are associated.

Does the FCSP have wifi? Or hardwired? Or either?
Wifi for general internet accessibility.

The wired connections are for linking to the H.I.S.

what am I supposed to use the connected charge station on the Ford Pass app for?

Make sure you have all the consents switched on in the data sharing and connectivity settings on the trucks Sync screen, it may take a few minutes to hours for propagation of your approvals & consent.

Excellent, a good point, Ford cloud servers are slow as molasses!

IMHO they are overwhelmed with data demand, hence to slow registration, propagation and assimilation of telematic reports, MAJOR improvements are needed to make the connected experience reliable and useful
