I'm genuinely curious. This problem has existed since the two years I've owned my truck and it's a bit ridiculous:

If you press yes for the prompt lower Pro Power Reserve, it does absolutely nothing and it'll continue on a loop that would once again bring the same prompt to ask to lower the limit...

Knowing that the software was at least somewhat updated for the later models, does this bug still persist?

You're already on the screen, you can scroll down and set the reserve lower now if you like.

Screen scroll got me too. So use to seeing everything all on one page not realizing the screen even scrolled.

Yes, I know. And that's planned. But that's not the point.

Now imagine you're not on the screen and you expect the setting to change, yet it doesn't...

Did you scroll down and manually lower the reserve value?
I'd expect the looping prompt to stop at that point.

Ah, does it bring you to the PPO screen if you pick yes?

I never had the need to try.

Nope.

I guess I should have mentioned that I went to the Pro Power Onboard menu myself because I knew that this was an issue, and that hitting Okay doesn't redirect you to the Pro Power Onboard menu at all.

What it *should" be doing is lowering the reserve setting for the user, but it doesn't until the user manually does it themself. Which would make the pop-up useless, more so if it happens while driving.

I have a 23 Pro and I am now getting this message in the truck and in the app. My reserve is 10 miles manual setting and I have been getting this message at around 40% - 50% SOC. Does it have anything to do with complementary services ending for my truck (warranty period is over)?

I also did the test on Frunk and it said ground fault was detected. Does that mean it passed the test or failed it?

I don't think a change in subscription service would affect this problem.

The test passed, after the reset, the outlet should provide energy, if it doesn't then maybe PPOB has shut down due to the SUS alert mentioned above.

IIRC, the PPOB reserve adjustment can be accessed via the [Charging] app in SYNC, in addition to the function in the PPOB menu.
