Only a few EAP owners with 2022s got it, then the rollout dried up before reaching my Lariat. Yes, I'm in EAP.
I guess that those of us in the general population will just have to be patient until you EAP folks have a chance to use it and give it a passing grade. That’s OK with me as I’m not really comfortable with being a beta tester for software controlling a three+ ton vehicle. Plus, even though my BC is limited, I still use it and enjoy it on the highway.

This worked originally but now seems to have fallen off my account. The option is there again and I clicked it though. Anyone else having same thing?

When I look on my Fordpass app, it doesn't show the complimentary 12 months either, but when i log onto my ford account, it shows it.

Mine still shows the $0 one-year complimentary subscription on the Connected Services page that comes up through FordPass without logging into my online Ford account.

The interesting thing is 2024 and 2025 vehicles are now offered a one-time purchase option ( guaranteed at least 7 seven years service) for $2,495. That works out to $356 per year for 7 years. Why not the rest of us (2022s and 2023s)?

I believe it is because beginning in 2024, they did not get three years included, but instead a 90-day trial. There was an Order Guide option (52A) for Three Years BC. Cost was $2100

That's cool! Saw your other thread too, mine still shows 12 months .

Exact wording: New $0 Complimentary 12 Month Plan renews on 10/18/2026

EDIT: Someone on reddit just posted that they received 3 years (picture shows 3, where yours is 2).

And where’s the love for 24-25 owners?
In the 22/23 the window sticker showed bkuecruise included on some trims. No mention of trial or subscription.
This is their way of honoring that.

I'm on my 'free' BC year after the 3 years from new expired 6/2025. I'm going to ask for continued BC since my 2022 is now a Ford model orphan with 75k miles. So far I have BC 1.2 with the turn signal tap to pass and it works great.

I've driven my son's Tesla Y with FSD and it is underwhelming and dangerous. My wife's Hyundai HDA 2.0 is very good for a light hands on system but the lane change on BC is FAR better.

Hopefully, EAP and Ford throws me that bone (at least).

Agreed on all fronts. My wives telluride is great but the lane change goes too slow. The lightning changes quickly and safely.

My parents are looking at a Model Y so I just did a demo drive with them, and we were all very impressed with FSD. It automatically changed lanes, handled turns, parking, etc, and required no interventions through a mix of city/freeway driving. At no point did I think it did anything unsafe, including during a brief time in Mad Max mode. My only complaint was that it was a little too cautious at a 4-way stop.

BC is fine for what it is, but FSD is years ahead and is already a far safer driver than my parents.

A demo drive alone will not tell the full story. My son has a 2024 Y and FSD has continual 'hiccups' at bad times.

Fine for the same highways as BC or SuperCruise. Around town not so much. I'd really review with your parents because anyone that can't drive better than FSD should not be driving.
