it looks just like mine.

Remember that the wheel lug bolts for the Lightning need to be tightened to 150 foot-pounds each. I sourced an old large enough Snap-On torque wrench for that purpose from a pawn shop for, like, $20 or maybe less and keep it in the truck behind the rear seat.

You may want to look at alternate jacking options, since the OEM jack is barely adequate.

Also, the jack might be found at a scrapyard.

And finally, truck comes with 5 yr / 60,000 mile free roadside which includes putting on a spare.

It does. However look behind your back seat on the passenger side. Since yours, just like my Flash, didn't come with the spare and jack from the factory, then there will not be the mounting bracket behind the seat. Best I could do is just lay mine in there where the mount would have been. Mine was fully carpeted back there while the jack mount comes up through a cut out in the carpet. Maybe better that way as it doesn't rattle and there is no messing around with a mounting bolt.

When I bot mine, I was looking at different ones on his lot plus from another dealer. Comparing two trucks, we noticed the one with a spare had a jack and the other didn't. I was buying the one without a spare and I told him I wanted one and no way could I drive off the lot without a jack. So he grabbed the jack out of another lightning and drove over to the used truck lot and got me a spare off another vehicle which I see is an 18" one.

So before paying $253 for that, I would look elsewhere. Maybe get a 4 way spinner for 15 bux or breaker bar or torque wrench and socket for around 30 bux and look at the jacks from Harbor Freight or get any scissor jack kit for ford F150 off of Amazon for 35 bux that comes in a bag to go back there or a bottle jack that will fit back there. Just make sure any jack will go high enough.

The jacking points is the frame rail inboard of each wheel and is a flat area, not one of those slotted type body jacking points on cars. You never jack around any of the wheel suspension parts like you would on an ICE vehicle.

The jack kit and accessories can go up in the compartment under the frunk as well. While at HF don't forget a cheap 5'x7' blue tarp just in case you had to get on your knees or lay out somewhere to get under it to put the jack under there. Plus spare gloves, rags, and select metric tools along with the emergency kit.

What source and how much for the 20" spare and what kind of wheel?

I'd suggest looking for a right-sized bottle jack and a good piece of plywood for stability. It may be way more convenient than the factory jack and can double as a trailer jack if you tow.
I carry one and have had to use it on my trailer, but not yet on the truck. I was glad I had it.

If you're on road. Good luck at getting them to respond 20 miles up a dirt road behind a locked gate. So far, I have had three flats. Freeway Service Patrol changed the first one before Auto Club could get there. Auto Club changed the second one, and I changed the third one (a half mile from pavement on a gravel road).

Thanks Martin! I have all these ford pass points I got when I bought the truck, might as well use them.

Unless anyone else has any ideas for them.

EDIT: Looking at Fords website, this is ONLY the jack? What a mess, the entire kit is like $500!

Living in Ruralandia means roadside flat repair, whatever, typically at least 2-4 hours away. Bottle or scissor jack (won’t drool hyd fluid). E brake probably negates a couple plastic chocks but I’ve stopped to help fix flats and glad I had them. Plywood base as mentioned.. good idea.

I carry a tire repair plug kit & rechargeable air pump. But a leaky or flat tire 99% of time ends up at tire repair shop for a pro plug and inside patch.

I'd look on EBay.
