BlueCruise stopped working after 3year trial expired

2023 F150 Lariat lightning. Dealer had truck for three days not solved. Then had it for two weeks not solved. All updates are current. Subscription is active till May 23,2027. Ford engineering has open case on this. Worked fine for three years till trial ended. Ford asked if any modifications done to truck. All stock. I told them stopped working after 3year BlueCruise trial ended. Anyone else having this issue? Or have solution.

Did you let the trial expire and then you signed up for it? Or did you sign up while in the trial? I am guessing it's an account billing issue. Hopefully they can fix it for you.

I have a '23 Lariat and did get the additional year of BC. My initial expiration was in January and it is still working fine. I would suspect some issue with Ford and their extension offer not registering properly rather than an issue with hardware, especially if your cruise is working correctly in other circumstances.

If the subscription still shows active in your connected service, try removing it from the Ford app and re-adding. You can also send me the VIN and I can poke around to see if I see anything helpful.

Two weeks before 3year trial expired. I renewed the service with a credit card. Ford gave a an additional trial period of one year then would charge my card after that.

Update: took to dealer again another 3 days and charged my extended warranty. Case still open with Ford engineering. I thought I need a way for Ford to send the subscription for blue cruise to my truck so I changed credit card on the service and guess what started working two days later. Ford dealer is going to update the case and let me know what they say.

Yea, I know that the first part of your three years was not actually usable.

They may have a Platinum too, my 2024 Platinum has a 3 year trial. I believe 2025 was the first year where the most even a Plat gets is a year.
