I have no idea why but I started getting max 282 miles showing on full charge when I used to get 300-306. The rate of charge seems to be cut in half as well, on my level 2 charger I used to get around 6% added on the hour now I'm lucky to get 3%. Has anyone had this happen? I'm going to take it in to dealer but curious if anyone might be able to share insight on the issue

I'm the least knowledgeable guy here probably, but I think I have seen someone else with this issue. I seem to recall it was at least 1 failed battery module.

I ignore the guess-O-meter myself. It's known to be wildly inaccurate because it's impossible to predict the future.

The reduced charging rate, on the other hand, does indicate something wrong. First off, try a different EVSE (charger) to determine whether it's something with the truck or something with your charging setup.

If you're using the Ford mobile charger..... don't 😅

It's ok as a back up, but is known to fail when used daily. I agree with @potato, try to test another EVSE.

Is light on charger blue? If not, see manual.

First, ignore whatever it says for miles remaining. You can reset your driving history if you want to see bigger numbers there again. Your trip history shows your consumption.

Now, for any perceived charging issues at home you need to get some actual quantifiable data. Look at the app while charging, how many kw is it delivering? What is your evse capable of? Now, which evse and is it showing any trouble codes?

I wonder if you lost a leg of the 240Vac? Check Voltage at outlet where L2 charger is plugged in. Possible that Ford L2 charger has failed, not unheard of.

I don't use the app. Nothing else has changed except the mileage on the dash and it is 100% at 282 now instead of 303-306 like it was before. Changed out of nowhere

Yes I can get 100%, it is just now max 282 instead of the 303-306 it was getting which I think was a little extra from bed cover. It is a platinum
Do you have an OBD reader to confirm that? Just went through this myself and it was a bad cell. Needed warranty work to replace a module.
