You are right about that. I should of asked for people over 100k miles lol! I asked this question due to finding a 2022 ER Pro with 78k miles for sale. I am doing around 15k miles a year and that is about to double. I really like electric vehicles and was hoping to see some at that range to see their experiences.
I realize this is a bit late but, yeah, I think I'm the highest miler on the Lightning, just crossed over 137,240 yesterday. If you haven't bought it yet, and are serious about getting one, pickup an ODB wireless plug and put the car scanner app on your phone. Go look at the truck and plug the scanner in so you can find the HVB SOH reading. Anything below 98% should make you take a pause unless the price is just an amazingly great price on the truck. I say this because maintenance is shockingly easy on this truck. If you follow the basic charging advice (you can find it everywhere, just keep the charge between 25% and 90% the vast majority of your time you'll get a lot of trouble free time with your Lightning. All of my repairs, except the windshield was under warranty. I still use the stock tires, and my last set got over 80,000 mainly highway miles out it.

Just rolled over 30k. 18 months old truck. Love it! No issues, thank God! Had to replace front grill due a rock flung from another vehicle, a while ago.
Oh, and I recently learned of economical benefits of minding a speed limit. Driving like an exemplary motorist now. Yes, I learn...
Yes, young padawan, you too will learn much. You have many more miles ahead of you with your Lightning. You shouldn't have a bunch of maintenance requirements over the next 100,000 miles (I haven't).

Somewhere around 50 mph the majority of your energy goes to pushing air out of the way with most cars and definitely with a blunt nose pickup. I recently got something like 2.9 m/kWh for 45 minutes because I was driving between 45-50 mph.

HIghest mileage car I've owned was a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer GT at just over 400,000km (245,500mi) in just over 5yrs of ownership. Though I don't drive as much as I used to, I hope to join the 100k mile and subsequent 200k mile club eventually! Absolutely love this truck.
I've owned two vehicles that had over 300k miles on them. One I am driving right now (2000 Tundra) and the other was still running good when I sold it (inline 6 Jeep Cherokee). Both had thousands put into them over their lifetimes, almost enough to buy multiple new lithium batteries.

Thanks for the reply and messages! I did pass it up for now but am keeping my eye out for another.

I just rolled 48k since 11/23. Only had to replace 2 rear tires due to running with a loaded bed 100% of the time as an electrician. Lifetime is 1.7kWh/mi.... mostly highways at 65-70mph.

I think the highest at the moment is 137,240 miles.

It seems like you are actually using your truck as a truck. I use mine pretty much as a car nearly all of the time :)

I'm at 89,xxx... I'm sure I will hit 90k by March. I bought the truck new, a leftover 2023, in June 2004. I love this thing  not a single problem except for the traffic tickets {EDIT -- and worn-out OEM shocks all around}. The truck's hit the Atlantic, the Pacific, the Bonneville Salt Flats and also drove across Newfoundland recently.

This youtube video just happened to pop up on my feed but this guy has over 200k miles on his standard range F150 Lightning. Super impressive. Says the only thing he has done to it is replace the tires 3 times.
