Well, that was quick.

Just got a voicemail from the Service Dept at my dealer. They said the seat cover is covered under warranty and they are ordering it. Will be 5-7 days for it to come in.

I am a huge fan of Adams Leather conditioner, works and smells great. I have the 2024 Flash added PU Leather covers looks great and I use Adams on these covers as well.

As I recall I was informed the "Leather Seats" are only leather center inserts the remainder of the seat is PU Leather or some other non leather material. Leather seats are only found in very high end autos.. I could be wrong, but is sounds feasible!

I had mine replaced a couple of months ago for the exact same crack.

Before you leave the dealer, make sure the cover matches the other seat. I have a Lariat and the replacement seat cover has brown piping, from another trim, I assume. I was going to have them switch it out, but never did.

Part of me thinks this one will crack, as well, so I'll make sure they get the correct one next time.

iirc parts of the lariat seat is leather, part of it isnt. i also use 303 on it, so far so good.

According to the 2025 order guide, it states that the front seats on the Lariat are "ActiveX Trimmed". The same section in the 2024 order guide says "Leather Trimmed".

I have a 2025 Lariat and the seats do not appear to be leather.

Similar to @TaxmanHog - I also have some minor cracks on the left side upper cushion edge but not in the location you have pictured, the side of mine looks fine.

FYI - mine is a 2023 Lariat ER with almost 95,000 miles on it.

Some 2024's have ActiveX as well. My truck's MFG date is May of 2024, and it has ActiveX instead of leather.

Wow, you have driven the hell out of that thing! Between 650-700 miles a week?! I guess I will take my 50 miles a day, six days a week, and shut up. lol
