Cracking from seat, seat loose

Getting a cracking from under the front of the drivers seat when speeding up or slowing down. At first it sounded like the rubber floor unsticking from the metal, say if it was glued down, but now it's more like the sound metal makes when a bolt is just not quite tight enough

Tried torquing the bolts some but they were plenty tight, certainly not loose.

Any known issues?
