Yeah I planned on doing that but my question is the draw to the 12v battery. I don’t wanna blow out the amps by filling 4 tires that are at 15-20psi up to the 42psi each tire takes to fill. That’s a continuous draw and a lot of it. On an ICE vehicle you simply start the engine and run it while using the compressor. I’m not sure if that is the same procedure for an EV.
I believe all you’ll have to do is turn the truck on and the high voltage battery will keep the low-voltage battery charged up

As a professional mechanic/tech, I've used Milwaukee cordless tools in shop for years, liked them so much so, I bought duplicates for home use and one thing extra I got was their inflater. Uses the same M18 Fuel batteries so all I had to buy was the pump itself and this thing works fantastic!! I don't often give high praise to tools like this but it just works that well.

Also converted over to all Milwaukee lawn tools for the battery infrastructure.

Wife loves using it as opposed to rolling out the air hose and using the large Quincy compressor in the garage. I do to!

Battery charge lasts a lot longer than expected.

You must have been reading my mind. I just received this exact inflator that I ordered off eBay a few days ago. Haven’t used it yet but I have their smaller tire inflator that takes the small drill battery and it’s worked great for several years. Just really slow at fills.
