CVRP is based on the lowest price you can purchase the vehicle for.

So, the $90K plat can get the rebate, because the Pro (and XLT) exist under the $60K cap.

Same for the Ioniq 5, the SEL is over the $45K price cap and I got my rebate w/o issue. SE is under the price cap. Took 3 months to get approved.

The Rivian on the other hand doesn't qualify because it starts ( well started) at $67k

Oregon on the other hand goes of the base model price, not your sticker. The limit is $40k and the rebate is $2,500. Hope this holds up when I apply for the rebate on a Lariat.

Yep, the State of Oregon $2,500 rebate applies to the Lariat…this was something I checked in advance…also, just another reason not to by the Platinum

I’m assuming now that the EPA figures were released the truck is NOW listed on the CVRP website. I’ve been checking for a while and it wasn’t there before.


The program caps large vehicles/trucks at $60,000 MSRP. I’m assuming they go off you purchase contract which is part of the application m.

I called them a month ago and they were unaware of the truck. I asked them to look into it and they called me back a week later and said it should be on our website now

So are you sure that the higher trims (Lariat & Platinum) are eligible for the CVRP money ?

Well I entered my VIN on their (CVRP) application and it says it's not a Lightning (I couldn't complete application anyway since the vehicle isn't registered). You have to apply after talking possession of truck so maybe since none have been delivered they don't have Vins in their database.
