Using the included mobile charger on my Nema 14-50 outlet in the garage. Did this for years with my Model S and never had an issue.
A number of MME owners have had issues with the Ford mobile charger. Sometimes, after using it for more than a year.

We’ll see what happens with it. If it doesn’t do well, I’ll grab something on amazon.

I have no need for wifi or web access so a simple one that doesn't lock up would be my choice if my current dumb evse breaks down.

If you have a current EVSE that meets your needs, there is no point in getting a new one. But if you are getting one, consider this. A highly rated "dumb" Grizzl-E sells for $459. A highly rated "smart" ChargePoint sells for $699. But my utility is currently offering $250 rebate on ChargePoint. In such a situation, ChargePoint would be the way to go.

My newly installed Emporia 48A defaults to 40A if no WiFi out of the box.

WiFi optional.

I'll try 40A with both my wife's PHEV and my incoming Lightning with one charger sharing between 2 vehicles:

I would probably buy the Grizzl-e exactly for that fact and it's high rating on web sites. The price is completive and much less than the smart ones.

Plenty of complaints on the wifi stopping on chargepoint but I do understand that some electric companies can only provide time of use by some charge programs. My time of use is on smart electric meter. One house somehow knows tv from ac usage and so forth. EV charging is simple half price at night.

I am going to use the mobile charger until I can find a good sale on a dedicated EVSE. No incentives in good old Missouri, where we still get most of our power from coal

I ordered the grizzl-e.
Did you order the classic or smart? I am wondering why we need the smart if you can control when and for how long the truck charges within the trucks settings?

I picked up a Wallbox Pulsar Plus 48A. I'll be installing it on a couple of weeks, I can report back on how it works when I get my truck in a month or so.

I have the Emporia - hardwired running at 48A. Very happy with it, and just purchased another to put at the in-law's house (love my father in law complaining about me running up his electricity bill haha!).

Also have the Emporia, mine is on 50A breaker but only charging at 20A.

The Emporia app is awesome, easy to switch charging rates, no need to disconnect when adjusting rate, can adjust at 1A increments, real time down to the second, current usage. Easy to set charging start stop times.

I previously had one of those portable 40A chargers from Amazon, it worked fine but made my breaker HOT, after switching to the Emporia, the breaker was only slightly warm, because of that I question the efficiency of those portable high current chargers.

Also on Emporia's website it mentions they are coming out with their own bidirectional charger in 2023 so more options than Ford and ability to use any EV to power your house

I got an email for 40% off Lectron 48A EVSE. I already have a Grizzl-e but thought I’d pass it on.

i bought two of these at the $300 price. No reviews yet and I won’t own the truck within the return period, due to the info in the next paragraph I may send them back.

Reading this thread made me check with my utility, they offer a $500 credit for a Juicebox or Chargepoint that they can slow down at peak times. They also offer $500 towards the new circuit for the charger. I need to see if the same incentives are available for my offices.
