Assembly line email and picture.

I haven't heard about this happening in a while. But I just got this email last night...for a truck I took delivery on July 11th!

Clearly Ford still hasn't figured this out. Perhaps this explains why I haven't received any OTA updates. Ford thinks I don't have it yet

Wow… I thought mine was bad! I got the email two days ago on a truck that was delivered to the dealership two weeks ago.

Mine was a mannequin and the seller never offered me that photo.

I tested my link to my photo when the email arrived from 7/26/2022, the link has expired

I never got a photo of my truck. Tons of emails from Ford. Emails when my truck began production, completed production was shipped…. No photo.

Is it really an actual photo of each truck rolling off the line? Given they can't seem to get the messages out correctly, I've always suspected that they just have stock photos of each model and color option.

Got the email too - Dealer took delivery weeks ago. Goodyear Wrangler tires seem new. And it looks lowered from this angle.

They claim it is, but I'm a bit skeptical that all the photos are of each specific truck. And many of us don't get that email and photo anyway. It seems as if it would be such a simple automated process to set up... Or should be.

The Wrangler AT tires are new for '24, but seem to be sneaking out on late production '23s. Seen a couple people on other socials say they've just taken delivery with Wranglers.

Look in your spam folder if you didn't see it, mine went there, glad I checked before emptying it. It's a cool photo to have!
