Every once in a while, I’ll hear a little bell ringing sound. It’s very faint, but it only happens periodically. What is that?

It might be an alert from sync regarding an assistance function in Ford Nav, there are a variety of conditions that you can opt out of.

Review these settings, do any of those conditions correlate with your 'random' occurrences?

Depends on what you consider ringing. It could also be the fake motor noise used as a pedestrian warning, the actual inverter sound, or even brake pad warning tabs making contact with the rotors. The last one is highly unlikely in the Lightning unless you’ve been doing a lot of mountain towing or had catastrophic pad failure.

It means an angel just got it's wings.
:) or....
The cow left the barn?
It's dinner time?
A train is approaching the crossing?
School is starting?
Ernestine is calling from SNL?
Chuck Berry is playing with his ding-a-ling?
Echoes from an old manual typewriter?

Don't fear the reaper producer is telling you: "Gotta have more cowbell?"

So I figured out one of the bells is the Red Light / Camera dinger. There’s another one I haven’t figured out though. If I do I will follow up. Thanks.

There have been mysterious chimes noted by F-150 ICE and Lightning drivers.

It can be an indication of a low 12v battery, or the audio system didn't boot up fully, or the navigation system route planning found traffic jams or other problems ahead...many post on the ICE F-150 forum wondering about it.

As noted above, you can turn off a lot of the suspects in the navigation system to eliminate that as the source.
Charge up your 12v battery with a maintainer having an AGM mode overnight in case it is that issue.

Maybe contact @Jesse-Infotainment about it, I believe I saw him answer some of the posts about random chimes in the past, and he may know what you are hearing and why.

There is one location where the collision warning sounds despite the fact that it is a stationary dumpster in a parking lot and I am not about to hit it - I presume that the sonar/radar bounces off it and causes it to panic...happens when I round a bend on a particular road as well, for no good reason.

I leave it on nonetheless because it actually saved me from a collision with a hot rod that came barreling through a parking lot as I was backing out of my parking space one time.
