Blue Cruise one-time purchase help needed

For anyone who might be curious as to the result of my original request, I was able to eventually add Bluecruise at one-time pricing post purchase. I did originally ask for it at the time of sale. Activated today. It was not easy, but 144 days later, and with consistent daily / weekly follow-up and now I have it.

I am sure my dealer is very glad as I can stop pestering them now...
