Do CSP alerts clear from website?

Hi!
After a CSP has been performed, should the notice on the Ford site for my VIN be cleared?
It had it done 4 days ago, yet the site shows it still. Just curious, thank you.

Also in my Fordpass, Customer Satisfaction Program button has never worked, always takes me to a broken webpage.

Also doesnt show I had it serviced recently.

Try checking your mobile device app store for updates to the FordPass.

If that does not work, uninstall & reinstall, be prepared to have to reconfigure PAAK if you use the feature.

Others are reporting that the CSP updates are NOT clearing from the web page and app in a timely fashion, at some point FoMoCo will get the issue resolved on the server side.

2 issues.
1 - The dealer may not be submitting the data to Ford in a timely fashion.
2 - Something on Ford’s end isn’t showing them as complete. Several (including me) are seeing this with regards to 23C57.

Yes, mine did. I can confirm that earlier this week the website indicated that there was a CSP for the heated seat addition. I had that taken care of yesterday and it's no longer on the web site.

Yep they usually do, but as @Maquis pointed out for some reason some of us aren’t seeing the 23B57 clear.
