I pick them up tomorrow. So I'll let you know. I bought the Ford plastic ones because I just can't put those big mud flaps on. I seen them on a video on YouTube from another guy with a Lightning. They were only $53 for each pair. We'll see how it goes.I want to know this as well. Also, do they work on a gravel road?
Exactly, that is what already happened to me. It's a about a medium permanent marker size dent. Small, but no I know it's there and can see it everytime I go to my truck. Someone else probably wouldn't.Without the mud flaps the truck will get all chipped along the rockers, so efficiency be damned on this one.
I remembered this post from one of the early deliveries who installed (with modification) the OEM mud flaps that should answer your question…..I already put a tiny ding in one of my lower panels going down a dirt/gravel road.
Do regular F150 mud flaps fit the Lightning.
Got my truck about 5 days ago now and I love it! My favorite part is how effortless the truck drives.
Came from a 2021 F-150 King Ranch Power Boost.
Have been averaging about 2.6 mi/KW
FYI: The Ford OEM mud flaps for the 2021-2022 F-150 don't fit correctly. I will include photos of what I mean. The rears don't even match up to the holes in the body.
**Sorry for the photos that look like it was taken with a potato. My S20 Ultra has issues focusing correctly**

By the looks of it, he may have tried putting the rear ones on the front. I watched a guy on YouTube put them on and he said the rear mud flaps have Ford on them, but the fronts have nothing. It looked like everything worked for him.
Agreed. WIth so many F150s out there, there must be aftermarket flaps that may do better.I couldn't tell you. The best option is probably those big flaps like you see on diesel trucks. I'm not putting those on my truck though.
