Thanks for the quick reply. I was wondering the same thing but I bet it is a Forscan glitch because 14.2V would be about right with the vehicle on for a live test.

Reduce your PID's in the scope function to only that one so there isn't any chance of mixup.

If still wrong, compare to the live reading at the bottom right of FORScan and see if it tracks.

Revived it and noticed a low range reading (144 mi) at 80% SOC.
Miles showing on the GOM means absolutely nothing. I agree with others - your truck is probably just fine.

Thanks. I should know this by now but first dead 12V as I replaced this H3 before the original one died. A 12V swap in our Hyundai and KIA EVs kept the data true to the original.

That being said, I just did a 40 miles loop and started at 142 miles and ended at 140 miles of range. So there you go.

I'd actually be glad to be able to get a new HV pack at 80k vs deciding what to do at 100k (probably just grabbing another Lightning with low miles).

Ford won't do anything more than replace a module if it has a bad cell, then you'll be left with a pack with 8-80kmi modules and 1 brand new module :( ask me how I know; I had a module failure at 50kmi and 90kmi. Still, despite this imbalance of health across modules you're really only limited by your weakest (worst) module, depending on how the BMS handles it (which we'll never know). I'm at 145kmi now and am showing a 94% SoH and it's still (as always) the best truck I've ever owned. Plan to keep it and just replace modules as they go bad. We can get the modules for less than $2k now from Ford both ER and SR and if you have a lift you can change them fairly easy. Someone will make a good DIY YT video soon on this I'm sure.

Also, you can ALWAYS use the instrument cluster menu to "clear EV driving history" and you should ALWAYS see your EPA range estimate immediately after based on your current SoC.

Try this and report back.

Don't want to hijack the thread but exploring the same issues with my 2022 Lariat ER with 80078 mi. I came back from a 10 day vacation and my newer 12V was dead. Revived it and noticed a low range reading (144 mi) at 80% SOC. I thought bad module of the 9 mods and actually good if happening before 100k mi.

I ran live data in Forscan and all appears well. Not sure what the 50 value is in Variation in capacity Between vs. the variation between pack SOC showing 0.56%. I attached the BECM tests I ran and not sure if I'm missing anything. No DTCs present. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Double check for a trailer profile being active, if none is active load a default trailer, then reselect no trailer attached, just curious that this is not the reason for the low range value at 80% SOC

Good call. That was it. I towed a day prior to leaving and I know from experience that you have to go in a shut off the active trailer. I definitely did that prior to the battery dying over the 10 days I was out of town.

Interestingly, it was back on my PWC trailer config I last towed. It obviously reset to that last trailer after I jump packed and then charged the 12V. Not sure why I didn't look as I've had the trailer setting not always go back to No Active Trailer.
