Ford Pass App Inop..

Tried to view my truck charging through the Ford Pass App, and all I get it the Ford Logo on a black screen. anyone else having problems.. Do I need to remove and reload it?

Mine seems to be working in the usual slower than molasses way. Can try clearing cache for the app first to see if that does anything. Then the next option would probably be to clear data for the app or uninstall/reinstall.

Thank's, I uninstalled the app, and reloaded it, seems to be working now . . till it isn't. thanks....

Whenever an app freezes, usually all you have to do is force stop it and restart it. You can even restart your phone for the same effect. Uninstalling and reinstalling an app is a pain and a last resort.

Yes, sometimes the app freezes so to speak, maybe their server is tied up or there was a communication glitch but generally it only lasts a short time. Sometimes I just restart/reboot my table (android) and that fixes it.

Still a few bugs in the whole system, which makes driving a computer with wheels a bit questionable...so far just minor annoyances, but...what could go wrong?

Sometimes these flukes are happening due to a server issue, don't panic .... wait a day/hours/minutes and hopefully the issue clears up without any changes at your end.
