If you are talking about FordPass the app not updating with information from your truck, like your charge level or not being able to remote start, lock, unlock outside of bluetooth range then this has been discussed in several other threads such as this one:

Short answer is it's a known issue for 23 Lightnings and you can call your dealer and mention TSB 23-2050. For some people it has fixed the problem, for others like me it has not. You can disconnect the negative terminal on your battery or pull Fuse 32 which will fix it temporarily for a few days or weeks.
