It’s really irritating that I have to go to the old version of the app, open the Charge Station Pro app, and sync it to the old app to do anything with the Charge Station Pro like adjusting the charging amperage.

Anyone having issues trying to delete a departure time in the old and new version? Old app I just get a message saying FordPass is not responding. In the new app it shows a departure time on the main screen but when I go to try to delete it it acts like none is set up.

At least your Charge Station connects. Mine is a dumb station that only charges.

I had this issue and found the only solution to be an uninstall and reinstall of the Ford Pass app (on iOS).

I keep getting "Engery Features Disabled" when I click on the energy icon. It says "To enable Engery features turn on Driving Data & Vehicle Location in vehicle (Settings > Connectivity Settings). " I verified this morning when I got in the truck that I have both of these items set to "on". 5.0 is a bit buggy

Has anyone else run into this? Were you able to fix it?

I can only get it to show up if I stand about a foot away. Not ideal at all.

It should be available now, depending on the distribution caching across the networks.
Double check in a few hours for a FULL INVENTORY of available updates to all your app's Ford Pass should pop-up with 5.0.0
