Me either.Updated my iPhone, but Android version not yet available to me yet.
Try a logging out of the app, then log-in again.Tried searching the forum , but couldn't find anything on my issue. Since receiving the FordPass update yesterday, I no longer see that my truck is plugged in nor that it is waiting to charge.
Anyone else have/had this issue? And were you able to solve it?
I've tried restarting my phone and clearing the app's cache. I'm hesitant on uninstalling and then reinstalling because I've read past stories of more issues with the app when doing this.
Thanks for any help.
Thanks for the advice. I'll have to wait again to unplug and plug back in because the app shows the info when my truck has completed the charge. But, to answer your questions, no permissions have changed and my global notifications are all on. Thanks again for your suggestions. I will give the log out a try again, if it hasn't been corrected.Try a logging out of the app, then log-in again.
Has anything in SYNC communications / permissions changed?

Also look at global notifications, all switched on?

And how does one become a beta tester?it appears that 5.21 Beta for Android is available on Google Play if you're enrolled as a Beta tester (unrelated to EAP).
There should be an option to activate the beta from within Google Play. I’m in the beta, so that option no longer shows for me.And how does one become a beta tester?
Open up fordpass on google play, scroll down and you should see this.... (if its still open/accepting more beta testers). There should be an option to activate the beta from within Google Play. I’m in the beta, so that option no longer shows for me.
Ok.. so, this time logging out, and thenlogging back in didn't work.. this app just is horrible.Try a logging out of the app, then log-in again.
