FordPass app outage now, connectivity requirements normally?

Update on mine. Still not working. Called @Ford Motor Company via the link in the app. Like I suspected the issue is apparently the modem in my truck. They said there is a known issue with 23/24 models where the modem would periodically not check in for 24 hours or so but that there was an OTA update that I did receive in June. However, my modem hasn't checked in for the last 2+ days. They did walk me through a couple of resets to no avail.

They opened a ticket and said they would get back to me, but didn't refer me to the dealer yet.

The lady I worked with was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Pull fuse 32 to reset the modem.

Aaaaaaand my Fordpass app went back to unable to connect.... But a force stop, clear cache, and re-open fixed it. Boo, then yay.

What make & model phone?

My old Samsung Galaxy S10e had major issues with internal operations finally bit the bullet and upgraded to S24U, no way in HELL I'm touching Apple products.

@Ford Motor Company never got back to me so I've scheduled a service this Wednesday.

I also finally had time to hookup forscan and read the DTCs. It's throwing 2 for TCU. They certainly seem related to my issue.
