Update on mine. Still not working. Called @Ford Motor Company via the link in the app. Like I suspected the issue is apparently the modem in my truck. They said there is a known issue with 23/24 models where the modem would periodically not check in for 24 hours or so but that there was an OTA update that I did receive in June. However, my modem hasn't checked in for the last 2+ days. They did walk me through a couple of resets to no avail.
They opened a ticket and said they would get back to me, but didn't refer me to the dealer yet.
The lady I worked with was very pleasant and easy to work with.
