Great deal on 52 qt. Electric Portable Cooler; will it fit in bed with cover or frunk?

This cooler is 22.8 inches tall. Any chance it fits in the bed with a cover on? The inside height of the bed is 21.4 inches.

Or in the frunk? Ford says "front trunk liftover height" is 35 inches, but another thread shows the top side is only 14 inches from the bottom.

Liftover just means height from the ground, doesn't it? How much you need to lift things to get them in to the frunk. If so, that's nothing about the height inside it.

As for the inside bed, I read about 20.5 inches from the bottom of my tonneau to the bottom of the bed.
