Heat pump AC not cool

Anybody else experience a lack of cooling ? I have a '24 Flash with heat pump and it is not pumping out cool this year, last year when I got the truck it worked, I seemed to have heat in the winter.

Dealer had their heads under the hood for a few hours, says fluids fine, got an appointment to replace a sensor on Tuesday.

Wondering if anybody else has experienced this, wondering if the battery thermal management is integrated or separate system ...

I would love to see an entire schematic of the new heat pump system and how it's various modules interplay as compared to the Mach-E & 22/23 Lightings .

My Flash AC leaked out. Bad Oring around a sensor. You could see the OIl all over next to the 12 volt battery.

If you have Forscan check the Evap core temp.

I don't have forscan, unfortunately.
Spent a few hours at the dealer yesterday, new sensor installed, no fix. They are now ordering a new compressor.
Frightening comment from service advisor that they only had pinouts from a gasser to work with and they don't match, uhmmm, yah, yikes.

Well after a long session today I have AC again. I guess the good (?) news is they haven't seen anything like this nor had the techs that the techs get support from, so it seems unlikely to be an endemic issue

Did they only swap the compressor as noted above, any other parts on the work order?

Work order unknown at this time, as the beast put up a fight at the end, involving multiple attempts at some reset/setup sequence that apparently repeatedly ending up asking to start at point A again. It was after closing when they said "you wanna go and we'll do paperwork by email" and I said oh hell yah
