How to find Power-Up version currently installed?

I’ve looked at nearly all the settings and cannot find what firmware I’m running.

where do I find this?

You can't, but your dealer service advisor and technicians have access to the Fords service database, they might advise you.

Or just wait, at some point you will get an alert when the next update has downloaded & ready for install if you elected to control the install's or you will get an alert when a particular update has occurred, only at that point will you know where your truck is at in the grand scheme of updates.

You can find it using the FordPass app.

Vehicle>Features and Settings>Software Updates>Recent Changes

You can find it there UNTIL FORD REMOVES IT, which happens days after you receive it. Then, it will display "WHAT'S IN THIS UPDATE?" with a blank screen below...

Similarly, there a message you get, but eventually when you click on it, it won't tell you.

As @TaxmanHog said, you really can't see the version you're on, only the latest update (for a short period).
