Is someone driving a 2026 Lightning STX Edition?

So can those couple of 2026 STX prototypes be sold and registered and driven? Or do they not even have a VIN/Title? If the latter, Ford will probably just destroy them which is sad.

If the MoCo wants to dispose them they can generate a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin for them.

Oh what could've been. I worked at the REVC plant, and I was looking forward to seeing this truck built. That plant was amazing. Best plant I worked in at fomoco, and to think I thought I would retire there.

I remember watching this out of spec video tour of the Lightning factory and being blown away by it. It was such a privilege to be taken behind the scenes and I’m so thankful for every individual who had a hand in producing our beloved trucks.
