I want to compare driving and charging data from the truck to charging data from the home charger?

I would love to have this on the lightning via the Ford pass or the ford.com My Vehicles portal

CAN logger pull or access via the OBDII port would be cool. A hidden network port I could plug a laptop into with a lan cable would be even better.

I agree…nothing available from Ford

The ABRP iApp with a OBD reader allows you to export their recorded data below, except it doesn’t record the “Outside temp” (This is a known/reported issue even thou the app reads this data real-time…ABRP has not responded to the bug!)
TimestampLatitudeLongitudeSpeed [mph]Elevation [ft]Outside temp [F]Power

You also get the following “Drive” summary info, except the “Energy Added” and the “Odometer Start & Stop” readings (again…don’t know why??):
ActivityStart timeEnd TimeDurationDistance [mi]Start LocationEnd LocationStart SoCEnd SoCEnergy added [kWh]Start odometer [mi]End odometer [mi]Vehicle

I’ve been able to use CarScanner iApp to monitor and real-time graph my charge sessions, but I have yet been able to record that data. My reading of their online documentation has lead me to believe the vehicle has to be ”ON” in order for the app to record….still working on this feature.

I have tried to monitor & record my drive data with CarScanner, but the app doesn’t read data from my OBDLink CX reader when the reader is connected to ABRP at the same time….the reader can’t seen to write data to two iApps simultaneously…both apps start going ape sh*t.

Other OBD readers may provide better results, but you need to check ABRP documentation to see if your choice is compatible with their app if you plan to use their connected features. Also, I’ve read Android users have access to TorquePro (Androi-only), which I understand is a superior app when compared to CarScanner (iApp only) I

Good luck on your search for a data recording solution ??
