MX Interval update in app

I recently had my truck in and was told they did the 30,000 mile service.
Yet, when I look at the app, it does not show this to be the case.

Does anyone know how this is triggered into the app?

I think it posts after the close out the work order.

What did it cost for this service?

The only cost was the tire rotation.

Side note: I asked them to check for the front axle "ping" because I hear it.
They said it was driven by a mechanic and the head of MX and neither heard anything.
I've been working around heavy machinery for 30+ years...I hear the ping, and I'm not even trying.
