Just picked mine up from the dealer. It passed. They put the 2 new nuts on and I’m clear.
I was told if the truck passes, nothing needs to be done?

Nope as per the recall, the nuts are changed no matter what. If it fails then you need a new knuckle assembly.

im trying to anticipate things and making sure this dealership is doing the right thing and this is my first dealing with a Ford product. assuming my 2025 Flash passes, would a Mobile service be able to change the nuts in my driveway?

i will bring this up to the technician. But if he refuses to replace the nuts what should i do next? contact Ford? NHTSA? TIA

I think mobile service could do that but not 100% certain. The ford announcement on page 1 here explicitly says to replace the nuts. I’d show them that. It says that in ford pass too. If they refuse, I’d call both ford and NHTSA. I really doubt they’ll refuse to replace the nuts. I think you’ll be fine. Keep us updated!

UPDATE 6/2: Inspection reported PASS. They replaced both upper front ball joint nuts anyway. No charge. The whole thing took them about 90 minutes.

I got added to this one yesterday, appointment scheduled for Monday AM.

I took my truck in a week ago, it passed just fine, but they didn't have the parts to replace the bolts; they said they'd order them, and then give me a call once they're in, but that I'd be good to go for now.
