Not sure what's new, I installed my Ford OEM mudflaps last January and no drilling was required. As far as I know, drilling was never required.

Has anyone else's blue lettering using those paint pens faded a bit after awhile? It's been a couple weeks since I did it and they don't pop like they did

I sanded my raised letters, prepped with a solvent, and brushed on Grabber Blue I bought in a brush bottle on Amazon. Six months, winter, pressure washing…. Holding up fine.

I installed the Ford flaps today. No drilling needed. But my order was missing the two large screws for the rear. I found them at Ace Hardware for $.79 ea. so I could get the job done.

What is the blue paint pen used to colorize the raised Lightning lettering on the OEM mud flaps? Where can I order it from, or where can I buy it? Thank you in advance!

Ya, I purchased and installed the mud flaps a year ago, should be stock on these trucks, since it can be a mud puppy...Need to get the blue ink marker to highlight my "Lightning"
