Final (hopefully) update. After another month of the truck being in the dealer shop, they finally got a bad reading off the pack and found a bad cell in module 1. After having replaced module 2, they replaced module 1 and rebalanced the pack. They also replaced the 12V battery before giving the truck back to me, stating that by the end of all their testing, the battery had become weak.
After they drove it to drain the battery some, and charged it successfully, they turned the truck back over to me. It's been 5 days, I have charged it multiple times and driven it daily and so far it's doing good.
Throughout the 2 months that the truck was in the shop, Ford had me in a '25 F150 Powerboost which Ford of course paid for. I also had been working with RAV to sell the truck back to Ford if they ultimately didn't fix it or took much longer than they already had. After some negotiating, RAV had presented me with 3 options.
Keep the truck, and take a settlement
Sell the truck back to ford
Exchange the truck for a new Ford vehicle (I picked a lightning of course)
All of the options were extremely fair, and in the end I opted to keep the vehicle.
