Software issue on centre screen

Had a OTA update on Jan 31/25 for vehicle communication(ecg-24.2.5.6.2).Since then,when I check software status in truck all I get is what you see in photo.Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Usually the answer to all these are to pull the 12V for 10min and re-connect.
Could be that your modem is stuck in limbo.

That was the solution to most of the Embraer 170's problems too.

Yes! 320 family and 757's all day long. You can find me on T/A in the afternoon. Just ask for the guy with the Lightning, everyone knows me since I don't shut up about it! ?

Yes pilots can reset systems in the air without shutting power off completely. It happens quite often. Airplanes have several redundancies which allow them to shut one system down and reboot.
