1) Because you didn't look at the Ford app that didn't notify you of the update?
2) Because you didn't click on Software Updates in the truck to see if you got an update?
3) Because the message hasn't come yet?
4) Because Ford didn't program it to update you, but did set it to reset your radio stations?

I'm usually pretty good about knowing when updates are coming. But I didn't know about this one. Here's how I was notified: My truck failed to precondition for departure AND it was sitting at 100% charge, which it never is unless I'm traveling. Oh, and, my settings had changed.
