I hope these guys are successful. My father just got a Tacoma and I feel like this could have done the same thing. Of course, he's a bit of a luddite, so an EV for him probably wouldn't be so good. :wink:

From the outside, the telo doesn't look like it's going to meet safety standards in the current configuration.

I know which vehicle I want to be inside when there is a accident. I can imagine even a 30mph T-bone with a F-150 would put the Telo on its side.

That and almost no crumple zone in front. I have been involved in a collision where one of the other vehicles involved had a good 4 - 5 feet gone (totally crumpled) from the initial collision.
