Update: All values have updated and all seems to be working now.

Ford app was working fine last week, and was my first week with the app. The truck was at the dealer for the BMS sensor replacement and Parking Sensor reprogram, which turned into them replacing the IPMA module for it. It was there all week, so today I just got the truck back, I just got home and checked the ford app and it’s showing this image Is that normal for the tire pressures to be blank?

What does the trucks display show? Is it the same as the app?
Also, the app does say "Tire pressure data is delayed."
Maybe give it a few hours to update.

I’ll check it in the morning, after I fill them up to 42 PSI. Online it’s showing this picture

Check to see if your tires were stolen.

I had a similar number back in 2024 when my truck was only a few months purchased when I was having 12v battery SOC issues and not getting OTAs because of it...

So maybe it's a sign of a 12v battery issue?

OP said they had the truck in a dealer shop for some work - could the shop have done something that resulted in the 12v AGM dropping to low SOC, or they disconnected things during the work, removed and reinstalled the wheels and now the system is relearning the TPMS ?

If you don't have your 12v battery on a trickle charger (with an AGM mode) the 12v battery is probably going to get too low and not last very long (based on the many posts about replacements in Lightnings) because apparently the truck simply does not do a good job of keeping it topped off.

I have an AGM in another vehicle that has been on a trickle charger when not in use since 2012 and the battery is still in good shape almost 13 years later.

All lead-acid batteries prefer to be at 100% for longevity.

A $30-$40 trickle charger is a lot cheaper than a new battery, not to mention the hassle of being stranded one day when it dies.

Connect the neg downstream of the BMS (blue circles not red x's) or to a ground point on the body:

I put an SAE connector in the CCS1 charge port area for convenient trickle charging without having to open the Frunk:

I had this issue when my truck was brand new, I think it might've had 3k miles, I 'filled' up the tires with a, what I later learned, was a broken air pump. It lowered my pressure level to 30 iirc. I figured something was off but didn't have time to worry about it. Eventually that day got a low pressure warning, went to a different pump, filled it up right. That night, after work, app showed blank tire pressures. Next night everything was fine.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
