Toyo Open Country A/T EV tires released

Can anyone with these tires comment on the additional noise? Is it just as one would expect from an A/T tire or are they somehow not so loud because of the EV-tuned low rolling resistance?

I think I had a good thing happen today.

I looked online for some Toyo Open Country A/T III EV 275/60R20/XL and found some at a local tire shop on sale for $1336 installed. Discount Tire beat the price by $3.

I then called the local Ford dealer and they agreed to price-match the local tire shop, allow me to use up my remaining Ford points, and offered a $140 mail in rebate to boot. I'm going to mount them on OEM's for now (23 Lariat ER).

I should be in 4 new Toyos for $1K OTD.

Hopefully will get them on in the next week and then onto Tint...

Ford provided valet service (pickup/redeliver) so I haven't driven it yet. I'll see about the expected efficiency drop. I got them to add 28K FordPass points vs the $130 visa gift card, b/c I simply don't have any luck with the gift cards not getting stolen or not working. Optimistic that I'll really like these. Tint is next... Ended up being $1,104 (theoretically $964 if I count the $140 Ford Points).

I ran across the site below with the tires below where 4 tires are $1,266.88 (plus tax) after using the JUNE2025 code and free shipping. I asked Discount Tire to match and they surprisingly did for $315 per tire. Still have to pay $100 for install, but it's a pretty decent deal. They will be installed next week. I declined road hazard certificates for $320 since DT gives you free pro-rated road hazard on all tire purchases.

Just got them installed this morning and they look and ride very nice. Checked lugnut torque and it is at 150 ft-lb like factory requires, so all good.

I noticed on the Ford invoice that they hand-torqued mine, too!. Your truck looks great! Nice work.
