Truck not accepting any chargers

I try the Tesla wall at 48amp since this is how I been charging for the last month and half with a adapter and I also try the 120v charger that came with the truck and neither one is working , the Tesla one sometimes comes in for 3 seconds and stops the ford one shows a steady amber light and dosent do anything

Do you use time constraints in the Lightnings charging profile?

Check to see if there is a conflict, edit or remove it for now to test the functionality of your Tesla EVSE.

Also check for solid plug connection and operating temperatures for the FMC amber light issue.
