This actually happens a lot because Ford's servers are GARBAGE. I had brought mine in a few weeks ago and the FDRS servers were down for two straight days and they couldn't do software updates or diagnostics on anything... Had to bring it back this week.Just got a call from my service advisor that they were not able to apply any updates today due to "internet issues". Sounds like a BS excuse to me and they likely just didn't work on the vehicle at all. They asked to keep it over night so they can start on it first thing in the morning. I let them keep it. Will updated after I hear something tomorrow.
