Vehicle Health Report {Wrong Mileage}

Got this email today. problem is 1) Although I did request at one time just to see what it was, however it wasn't on 12-11-2023 especially since today is 12-10! 2) the odometer reading is 1170. but my truck has 2,740 miles on it. Based on the odometer reading listed this report was done about 6 weeks ago. ??????????????????

I've seen stale data on these reports as well, somewhere I recall subscribing to ~monthly~ updates.
My guess is these out of the Blue Updates are caused by database indigestion

Side note, my remote start process is failing to work this morning, rebooted the phone, force stopped the app, cleared the cache, nothings helping at the moment.

I recently had someone tell me that Remote Start NEVER uses bluetooth. I told them they were wrong.

I suspect they are using a European date convention, so that is November 12th, 2023.

I've remote started well outside of BT range, so is it just a back up if there's no other connection?

Remote start, and door lock/unlock functions in FordPass work via cellular, unless you are close enough for them to work with bluetooth. You can see this by being outside BT range and watching remote start take 30 seconds or so, then moving within range and seeing it's immediate.

except this one, based on the odometer reading in the report, is two months old! .... if Ford expects to make money on services through software they have a long way to go to get their act together. growing pains for sure

A good month+ old based on my records I hit 13041 miles between 10/15 & 10/22

The health report landed in my mailbox 11/26/2023 @ 11:54 PM ET.

The dynamic text in the message body points to the following day, which would have been correct 6 minutes later at midnight.

I started this thread on Dec 10th. From the Ford web site I had requested to get a vehicle health report, not really knowing what it was. On Dec 10th I got my first one and as the thread starter says it was a month old. Today I get my January report, except it's the same one they sent last month which was a month old when sent, now it's 2 months and over 2000 miles old. Ford's software is pretty bad. I think I'll leave it on and see if next month they send me the same report for a third time.
