wrong mileage range

Hello, I have issue going on for last five days on my Ford Lighting Flash 2024 at 90% of the battery charge is showing the mileage is 125 miles even though I have extended battery the problem just started happening. I called Ford. They told me to take it to the dealer. Dealer ran the diagnostic and said couldn't find any. I did reset the charge setting many times but no change anybody has any experience with this issue and how did you resolve? It appreciated

Check to see if a trailer is active, change to no active trailer and see if that improves the predicted range for 90%

You towed a trailer recently, or plugged something in to the trailer light connection. Change to No Active Trailer, sometimes takes repeated attempts.

Check to see if the trailer / towing mode of operation is active, change to no active trailer and see if that improves the predicted range for 90%

To clarify, using Tow/Haul mode won't change it, it is the usage of trailer connection that happens when you plug in a trailer, or a lightbar into the trailer plugs.

all of us have likely had the GuessOmeter show 'incorrect' range, at times, and sometimes, like early on, after having towed our camper, the software would be 'stuck' in 'tow mode' range calculations, seemingly with no end in sight, no matter how many start and stops, and drives in the meantime. Then, suddenly, it would resolve itself.
No need to call Ford, they can't help.
No need to take to a Ford dealer, they can't help.
These are just typical software growing pains.

Most of us now also no longer rely on the guessometer. It's just a guess, no matter how far off it is.

Did you happen to explore the Towing configuration screen?
You may have created a custom trailer profile for future use and left it active.

View the [Towing] from the APPS menu, Select [No Active Trailer].

You may get a prompt to confirm the change, accept it, then your predicted range should correct.
