I asked my dealer about a status change today from last week, and there has been no change that she can see. It's built...
Looks like the listed VIN's in this build week have popped.

Mine popped the 28th, nothing since. Cant wait! Just sold my Bronco on BAT two hours ago.

My sticker is still MIA !! Called my dealer on Fri, he says it looks like it was built 4/28. Still no update from Ford about status !

Is the Trucker shortage affecting deliveries? Starting to get worried that these are built and something is missing that they have not been shipped. Looks the Bronco fiasco all over again. I’m surprised you guys aren’t being scheduled for delivery next week.

I haven’t seen anyone say theirs has shipping info. Has anyone posted that theirs has updated from in production to built? Haven’t seen any comments from build week 4/14 that’s theirs have shipped either.
my guess is they haven’t released the retail orders.
maybe we have one sighting at a Ford dealer Canada.

I haven't seen updates to "built" anywhere, including the FCTP vehicles that were built in March. It's clear that the Canadian dealer post was an anomaly. If they were actually shipping (even at constrained volumes) we'd be seeing photos and videos on the interwebs.
I would pay my dealer and Ford to allow me to pick the truck off at the factory. It's kind of like paying the valet to let you retrieve your own car after dinner, LOL.
Maybe they're waiting for the media embargo to lift before shipping? Or, worse that there's a software issue that needs to be resolved before they're released to customers?
And the dealers who are nearby were asked to keep the wraps on, hide the truck until Media embargo is over.

I don’t believe there is. My buddy spotted a Platnium in star white on the back of a shipment truck near Kalamazoo, MI last Wednesday. It was on there with other new fords. I should have saved the snap he sent.

This is a BIG deal, and FORD is not going to let shipping issues, if any, affect the deliveries - I don't think other vehicles will take priority, and the LIGHTNINGS will be at dealers as soon as they can get loaded and get to the locations - Ford is making the Lightnings THE priority - the company is betting on it.
My initial perception of the embargo of our drive impressions in San Antonio is to add to the 'build up' and 'expectations' surrounding this great vehicle. Ford wants the cards to all fall at the right timing, maybe even to coincide with first deliveries.

They had thousands of vehicles sitting ready to ship. It’s going to take a while to get them all moving. It’ll probably be a few weeks before transport catches up with production. **breathe** ?
