Both Front USB Ports Will Not Charge

The charge pad works though. The same two cables work on the ports at the back of the center console too. Anyone ideas?

Maybe check for a blown fuse?

The frunk fuse block there is fuse 125 which powers both USB1 & USB2, and fuse 139 powers USB3,

Start by restarting the Sync system. Press and hold the volume down button and the skip right button on the steering wheel for 10 seconds or so and it will restart. Check again. I had this happen a couple of times on mine and the restart clears it.

Thanks. I'll gave it a try--no go. While at my sensor-software recall my dealership ordered me a new module, more to follow...

I have the same issue. Both USB media ports are now dead. Did it require a module and if so which one?

They came back on this morning ... I tried rebooting and everything yesterday to no avail. It is obviously a software issue. Anyone any ideas what would cause this?
