The frunk fuse block there is fuse 125 which powers both USB1 & USB2, and fuse 139 powers USB3,Maybe check for a blown fuse?
Thanks. I'll gave it a try--no go. While at my sensor-software recall my dealership ordered me a new module, more to follow...Start by restarting the Sync system. Press and hold the volume down button and the skip right button on the steering wheel for 10 seconds or so and it will restart. Check again. I had this happen a couple of times on mine and the restart clears it.
I have the same issue. Both USB media ports are now dead. Did it require a module and if so which one?Yes. Dealer order a new module today. We'll see...

They came back on this morning ... I tried rebooting and everything yesterday to no avail. It is obviously a software issue. Anyone any ideas what would cause this?I have the same issue. Both USB media ports are now dead. Did it require a module and if so which one?
