I think it's intentional not blowing hot air in your face. Hot air rises which is why it's probably coming out at your feet in auto also. Not saying it's the best approach, but it seems like they did it that way on purpose. Pretty easy to just hit the Climate button and change it to front vents if that's what you want. I'm pretty sure when you run the climate from Ford Pass on a cold day/morning, it's coming out off all the vents, until you start the truck. If I run mine for 5 minutes before I get in the truck, it's usually pretty comfortable.

So hopped in the truck and headed home from work today and I suppose Iāve been micromanaging the climate since I started following this thread. OAT was 46 degrees. After about 2 or 3 minutes on Auto 3 with seats on auto and steering wheel on, I had solid air blowing out of the defog and really solid air if not full blast blowing out of the floor vents with next to nothing coming out of the front facing vents.
Was it warm after your drive? Upon arriving at home I noticed the fairly high climate number on the trip. 27 is about as high as I get with this trip and a note that the air had slowed down as the cabin had warmed quite a bit since I started the trip. It may be on the conservative side but definitely for a reason if itās really drinking that much juice.
No, I didn't remote or anything, just hopped in after 8 hours between 41 and 46 degrees.
Oh I did leave that out. It was set to 74.
I noticed in my truck when I turned up the heater that it would not get very warm until I went back into the fan setting and made sure that the āheat ā was clicked on and that I turned off driver focused helped. The touch screen is very sensitive and lots of times the road bumps change it when you try to turn it on. Once I learned to double check that the heat was clicked on it worked Although it takes a quite a bit longer to get hot than an ice engine truck. I hope this helps.
Definitely limited air at windshield and floor. You hear everything from the passenger side. Need to check on the front vents but I didnāt feel a blast there.
