Really feels like Ford is just trolling us at this point.so still no ability to know if my truck is locked. Got it.![]()
I wish they were trolling us. Unfortunately Ford is really, really, really bad and really, really really slow at software. They don't yet get how important it is and how the lack of progress affects future sales.Really feels like Ford is just trolling us at this point.
Anyone who has any doubts about this, look at the state Ford has left the Home Integration System in (a.k.a. "Whole Home Backup") three years after it debuted as a marquee feature of the Ford Lightning. Still doesn't work reliably and Ford has given no firm indication of when, if ever, they'll fix it and make good on it for hapless owners...I wish they were trolling us. I saw the same after my update this morning, as well. When I started the app after updating I was presented with this disclosure & consent options:

Does android not allow you to go to the play store and see if you have app updates?Received 5.27.0 on my Android phone this morning, while my wifes Android got it a couple days ago. Same release notes as iOS "Bug fixes"
Just go to the play place where the apps are and use the search feature, type in "Ford Pass" hit enter, if there's an update for it you'll see an update button.Does android not allow you to go to the play store and see if you have app updates?
It has a search for updates process that I review a couple times a day, the problem is that deployment resources come from different servers and each device seems to be assigned to a different resource, ie. why my wife's android always gets the updates a few days ahead of me.Does android not allow you to go to the play store and see if you have app updates?
Thanks. I had no idea. I expected it to be similar to iOS with everything centralized.
