BC was working fine until a couple days ago. Yesterday when I hit the CC button on my wheel it engaged. It maintains speed and changes speed as needed. The color changing front warning turns orange if I get close to a vehicle in front. When parking, my sensors tell me when I'm getting close to a car, or my house when in the driveway. The "Blue Cruise Available" does not come up any more, and the left and right side blue "cushions" don't show on the instrument cluster. The steering wheel does nothing. Only my input does anything for steering. Settings are all on in SYNC. Should I just try the battery disconnect?

Are you driving on divided highways? Same roads where it previously came on?

Message me the VIN and I'll poke around to see if I see anything helpful.

Got your message. Your truck is consistently reporting this code citing a blockage of one of the driver facing cameras. This will 100% prevent Bluecruise from working. Do you have any cell phone mounts or anything mounted on the dash or driver side a-pillar that could be blocking one of the eye-nanny cameras?

I am usually at 10&2 and i bet my fist blocks the right one. Also drive into the sun and have shades on. I have also had numerous warnings of the front camera blocked which is due to the few in the AM. I gotta get in the habit of wiping it every morning before I leave! But yeah the nanny cams may have also been inadvertently turned off. I saw that setting in SYNC today. I made sure it was on, but didn't notice if it was off. I'm gonna go try as soon as dinner is done.

I thought I replied but I don't see it here.

Thank you for the response. I am in my truck now I have some pictures of the nanny cam infrared.I wonder if my fists could be blocking it. I mean the one on the right. But I can clearly see them when my hands are on the wheel. The one on the right I thought was further to the left than it is. It's like right behind the display and that shiny lens cover extends much further to the left. I thought I had seen an option to turn those off in SYNC but I cannot find it. I know they are on right now because I can see the faint red and the bright purple when I put my camera in front of it.

Here's a vid of me driving.

I know that was bad especially without any of the driver assistance features happening.

I pulled the 12 volt battery negative cable off and we'll see what happens when I put it back on.

I won't have time to test tonight but I'll do it tomorrow morning on my way to work.

In your video I didn't see the lane keeping / centering icon on the dash bottom margin.

What is your configuration in the Driver Assistance menu?
